MARMO
Terms of Use
Last updated October 14, 2026. These terms are between you and Oleavine Brands LLC (“we”), which makes MARMO.
The service
MARMO builds a 3D model of your body from photos, lets you set a goal physique, and gives you a training and nutrition plan. You need to be 16 or older to use it.
Estimates, not medical advice
Body fat, measurements, body models, progress scores and timelines are estimates. They can be wrong. MARMO is not a medical device and doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop and get help if anything hurts.
Subscriptions
MARMO Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you buy.
- Free trial. If your plan starts with a free trial, you won’t be charged until it ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Renewal. Your subscription renews at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Bought in the app: Apple bills you, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple ID’s subscription settings. Apple handles refund requests.
- Bought on marmo.fit: Stripe bills you through RevenueCat, and you manage or cancel it from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends. If something went wrong with a charge, email us.
Your content
Your photos, measurements and logs are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run MARMO for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete them in the app at any time.
Fair use
Use MARMO for yourself. Don’t upload photos of other people without their permission, try to break or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it.
Changes and ending
We may change MARMO or these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. You can stop using MARMO and delete your account at any time.
Liability
MARMO is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
